Pricing Info
I charge 0.005 per word. If you have an 80,000 word manuscript, the fee would be $400
If there is a rush of two weeks or less, a $125 fee will be added to your invoice.
If you require any additional rounds: $100 per additional round
At this time, I am not accepting manuscripts in the following genres:
I ask for two weeks to a month notice before working on your manuscript for scheduling purposes.
A free sample up to 3,000 words is available, depending on project total word count, as a tool to get a feel for each other. You, the author, will see how I work, any suggestions I may have, and a brief overall view of how I can help. This will also help me in narrowing down my turn around time for your manuscript.
For planning purposes, please allow up to a month for this process. It may take a few days or a few weeks - that's something I won't know for sure until we dig in.
If your manuscript is incomplete, a developmental editor can still help. Authors with this type of manuscript are encouraged to fill out the request form as well. The continuing price plan will be slightly different and will be discussed privately.
If you do not see your word count listed in the table above and would like to use my service, please feel free to fill out the request form. It's possible we can work something out.
Payment Policy:
Payment will be collected via PayPal. An invoice will be issued for half the amount upfront and the remainder upon completion, after which your final file will be sent. Please note, the rush fee will be included in the upfront invoice.
Refund Policy:
Sometimes life happens and that's OK. Refunds are available until the day before contracted start date. Once work has begun, the initial payment, and rush fee if applicable, is non-refundable.
